[ PT ] KUBATA
É um estúdio situado em Luanda, Talatona, com foco em criação e desenvolvimento de projetos arquitetônicos sustentáveis com visão afro-futurista. Para o conceito do projecto, que pedia expressividade, modernidade e cultura, inspiramo-nos nas "cubatas" do sul de África! As cubata são lindas e rústicas casas, geralmente de telhado cónico coberto de folhas ou palha e são uma assinatura cultural e mais do que isso: são as primeiras estruturas arquitetônicas da humanidade.
As cubatas trouxeram inspiração para a marca do estúdio, para o nome desenvolveu-se um trabalho tipográfico de maneira a referenciar o formato cônico das cubatas e para o símbolo trabalhou-se um junção das letras (K, U, B, T & A) de maneira a referenciar o lindo grafismo pela qual é conhecida a arte e ciência africana.

It is a studio located in Luanda, Talatona, focused on the creation and development of sustainable architectural projects with an Afro-futuristic vision. For the concept of the project, which called for expressiveness, modernity and culture, we were inspired by the "huts" in southern Africa! The huts are beautiful and rustic houses, usually with a conical roof covered with leaves or straw and are a cultural signature and more than that: they are the first architectural structures of humanity.

The huts brought inspiration to the studio brand, for the name a typographic work was developed in order to reference the conical shape of the huts and for the symbol a combination of letters was worked (K, U, B, T & A) in order to reference the beautiful graphics for which African art and science is known.

Vatwechele (lê-se VATUETCHÊLÊ) - palavra em dialecto "Umbundu" que signfica "desculpe-nos" ou "lamentamos"
